For a Grade 12 class or a group about to start university.
The pre-arrival course of the student wellbeing pathway. It builds nine things research links to success at university, from growth mindset and learning how to learn to grit, emotions, strengths, calm, gratitude, vitality and belonging. You start with My Launchpad Check-In as a private baseline, work through one module per area, and finish by retaking the Check-In and writing My Launch Plan and A Letter to a Future Student.

For a first-year class, a residence floor or a mentor group.
A self-paced wellbeing and success course for the whole of your first year. Twenty-six weeks run from a gauge week through twenty content weeks in two semesters, with two project fortnights and re-gauges at mid-year and at the end. Every week brings its own check-ins, practices from the FlourishIQ library, tools written for this course, a talk, a reader, a Foundation Note and a ten-question quiz. Universities and colleges also take it for a whole first-year group.

For a class, a residence or a mentor group in any year of study.
A seven-module course for university students on the mindset that carries a degree: Hope, Efficacy, Resilience and Optimism, held together by a growth mindset and grit. Each is a skill that can be practised, and each module gives you the tools to practise it on your own life: a reader that says what the tools share, short films, and the tools themselves, each with its own private record. You take eight check-ins before you begin and the same eight at the end, so you can read your later numbers beside your earlier ones.

For an honours, master’s or doctoral cohort, or a supervisor’s group.
A postgraduate degree is one of the few things you do mostly alone, over months or years, often beside a job and a family. This course follows the four crossings of the postgraduate path, starting, the proposal and confirmation, the writing-up year, and submission and after, and brings together what research says helps: support and belonging, a working partnership with your supervisor, an honest plan, a writing rhythm you choose, kindness to yourself on the long road, and a clear view of what comes next.

A whole first-year intake on its own terms, a course run by your own staff with facilitator decks, payment by invoice, or decks and editions with your institution’s name: these are arranged with you.
