This course is for a learner who wants to look at the lens they see themselves and their path through: a school leaver choosing what comes next, a student between one year and the next, an adult learner curious whether what they believe about their own effort shapes what they attempt.
Beliefs sit upstream of what you try, what you keep at and what you let go. In this course you see your current beliefs clearly, strengthen the ones that serve your learning, and use practical strategies to shift belief in everyday situations. Belief becomes something you can work with, step by step, with evidence and practice.
The Foundation module begins with Foundation: What Do You Believe?, which captures your starting line, and goes on to audit the beliefs that work against you. The second module takes seven core beliefs, from My Behaviour Matters and I Matter to I Am Not Alone. Each has a short self-assessment and a one-week commitment, and some have small daily companions such as the Daily Gratitude Practice. The third module offers strategies for belief change, among them Stopping Negative Mantras, Starting the Wave, which begins a visible positive routine, and Common Text, Common Belief, where a group such as a class or a study circle shares one positive text so a common lens can form.
I suggest you begin with Foundation: What Do You Believe?, then pick the core belief that lands most for you. Before Happiness, also in Learning to think, takes the next step from belief to perception; each course stands on its own. A free twenty-four-hour trial of the whole course lets you look around first.
